Happy Miraculous, Magnificent, Moody, Melancholic, Magickal, Majestic, Moodling, Manifesting Monday!
The first Monday in April (how the heck did we end up in April already?) Time is doing some very interesting things for sure!
Holy hannah, I will say March zippity doo dad past with incredible speed. One moment it felt like it was the beginning of March, then it was Equinox and poof – gone! Did you feel the same?
Many of you have shared with me that you are feeling the surge of Spring energy, the creation, the planting of intentional seeds – however are also feeling a tad overwhelmed with the energies that are chaotically swirling right now.
I totally get it.
So let’s start with talking about Boundaries, shall we?
Did you shudder when I said Boundaries?
There are all sorts of boundaries that we work with every day. Physical, Emotional, Sexual, Financial, Intellectual, Spiritual and Energetic.
I think of boundaries as this glorious field of energy around me that has the capacity of osmosis, it lets in the delicious, yummy, healing stuff and becomes like a steel wall when shit is creeping in.
I will be honest, I am very clear about what I allow through my boundaries whether it is through media, family, friends, random interactions, people I spend time with and even the clients that I choose to work with.
Boundaries are about healthy choices.
Boundaries are you getting clear on what is okay for you, what you need, and what you desire.
Is that selfish? Fuck no! It’s healthy as long as they aren’t reactive (note that word).
Knowing your values, owning your piece in any interaction you have and being clear about your boundaries up front is actually a refreshing gift for most of us intuitives and empaths (to be honest). It’s something I teach in one of my courses.
Boundaries embrace all aspects of you and yes, sometimes that means a chapter needs to close as it’s not healthy but insecurities and stories keep you stuck in it.
Okay, so now we have boundaries gently talked about, let’s move onto the glorious Full Moon (Pink Moon) that happens on Wednesday, April 5th (just before Easter).
As Lena shares: This moon brings a bit of air to fuel an already fiery time.
You will feel inspired to act on a project, relationship or new endeavour. Be careful not to be too impulsive as it may backfire on your stability.
Think things through carefully before- you leap and make sure that what you are reaching for is truly aligned with your emotional intelligence and not just your intellectual reasoning.
This is a big moon for relationships as well. Don’t be surprised if something gets triggered unexpectedly that opens the door for deeper soul searching and resetting of priorities.
We have an opportunity to be reminded of what we love about our life and to reconnect with our hearts and appreciate the beauty all around us. This aspect joins with the need for action and moving forward so think of this as a practice in bringing the right balance into your life between right action and simply being in appreciation of what is around you.
If you find yourself challenged by what is going on around you, remember to practice patience, compassion and understanding.
Don’t take anything personally and allow others to be just where they are without judgement. If you need to work on your personal boundaries, this is a good time to start that process.
(Note the energy of boundaries…..)
Then we have Easter, which I love – there are inflatable bunnies in my neighbourhood!
When my kids were smaller we would do a massive egg hunt all through the house, the property and up into the parks, I loved their joy of finding those wee chocolate eggs wrapped in glorious foil.
There was one time, a few years ago, I had set the hunt up (which meant getting up at 4am to do it)!
It wended through the house, the gardens and up into a glorious park space with cliffs and alcoves. They barrelled out with baskets in hand and found every frigging choccie egg and then as we were clambering towards home they saw someone sleeping under a tarp.
I was curious about what they would do, and left it up to them.
They paused, and then in quiet collaboration they gently left a massive pile of choccie eggs outside the top of the tarp and when they got home they all sat in a circle, poured the eggs out and shared them up equally.
Have to say, it made my heart sing.
However, sometimes family gatherings at celebration times don’t have that energy.
Uncle Tom, who can be a sarcastic asshole, comes. Auntie Jean who is so critical about the food is invited and though you mean well, we may not thoroughly enjoy it. It can feel like a chore or an obligation.
I invite you to play with the energy of boundaries, who you are, what you want and why you want it and to use your voice with compassion but truth.
Now a quick peek into Eclipse energy.
(Which we will dive into in a deeper way next reading, which will be after Easter).
On April 19th we have a New Moon in Aries with a solar eclipse.
This is a very powerful portal for transformation, change and moving into the next level of productivity and manifestation.
However, remember the boundary piece; as eclipses, they come in pairs and they can certainly shake things up.
Eclipses really uncover stuff. I mean bring it to the surface like a boil!
Eclipses uncover hidden emotions, beliefs, thought patterns and habits.
They bring to the surface the bits and bobs we have been either trying to stuff into an already over crammed closet, or have continually swept under a rug (and we wonder why the rug has a bump in the middle!)
An eclipse is a time where the dealings of our worldly life (money, relationships, work, family) can get a little wonky.
On the other hand, the mystical part of life becomes incredibly enhanced!
So with all that being said, let’s crack on with the reading.
The guides that decided to come and play are the glorious guides of the Sacred Forest.
Now if these are new to you, please let me introduce them (as not to do so would be rude!)
At the edge of the mind awaits the holy wilderness of the soul. It beckons you, like a great forest filled with vast mysteries and wonders. While this mystical realm exists in a higher dimension, beyond normal reality, it is real nevertheless. To enter this mystical realm, it’s simply a matter of having an open heart and an open mind.
In this healing and holy place, long-sought answers to your deepest questions become known. Ancient wisdom emerges. Revelations about your future are revealed. Hidden talents and abilities are activated with you. It’s a place where miracles unfold, and your spirit can fly.
In the deepest sense you remember who you are.
So my dear one, just close your eyes and allow the delicious energy of this Full Moon and boundaries to swirl around you. Then when you are ready, pick the card of cards that call to you.
Did you remember to pick?
Come take a peek.
BEAR SPIRIT
Healing
You can sense the presence of the bear, even before you see him.
You turn slowly and look deep into his eyes, as a long lineage of healers – invisible, yet real – step out from beyond the trees and surround you both. When you reach out and touch his thick fur, you feel healing energy instantly surge through you.
When the Bear Spirit appears healing on all levels is occurring, and it can come in many forms. Be ready to accept it. Know as well that you are a healing force for others.
You may not even be aware that you are a conduit for healing energy, but when others thank you, simply say, “You’re welcome,” even if you don’t know how it happened.
In many native traditions, Bear Spirit is thought to be aligned with humans, as he can walk upright like a human. He represents the healer and “good medicine”. He also bestows healing powers to those worthy. You indeed are worthy.
Bear Spirit energy can also represent grounding, strength, and confidence. It activates a stable foundation to face whatever challenges appear in your life.
You are a healer, whether with your words, your hands, your ability to listen and a channel for the life force of the Universe.
You are strong and grounded.
Healing is unfolding and/or a situation is being resolved.
Have faith that all is well.
DAFFODIL FAIRY
New Beginnings
You feel a tap on your shoulder, and in a flash of yellow, you see a Daffodil Fairy fly by you. In a high, sweet voice she says, “The best is yet to be! It’s time for a new beginning!” With glee, you race after her into the forest.
Life goes in cycles. Just as spring follows winter, a new cycle is beginning in your life. In the phases of the earth, the plants die in the fall so that there can be new birth in the spring – it’s the universal dance of death and rebirth.
There’s a time to end and begin, and this is the close of one cycle and the beginning of another.
We associate the daffodil with spring, as it is one of the first flowers to emerge after the snows. Its shape echoes the feeling of trumpeting in the new season; its colour suggests vitality, radiance, and sunshine.
It’s time to wipe the slate clean; it’s time to release the old and start again.
It can be difficult to release familiar routines, situations, or relationships when they no longer empower you; however, your higher self encourages you to not cling to the old, but set sail into new waters.
If you find yourself afraid to let go, you are urged to face your fear and allow yourself to stretch in a new direction.
The Creatrix is at your side, and wonderful opportunities will be born in your life. Wholeness occurs when you can say yes to both endings and beginnings.
It’s time to start a new project or a new cycle. Life force and vitality are emerging. Release that which doesn’t serve and support you.
Make way for a new start! Success is at hand!
STAG SPIRIT
Leadership
A majestic stag stands atop a mossy knoll. His nobility and grace are palpable. You can see fog form around his nostrils with his every exhalation. He does not need to announce his might. Simply and utterly, he is powerful without words or proclamation.
In many traditions, the elusive and mysterious white stag is considered king of the forest. With his noble antlers and his proud stance, he carries a commanding energy. This card is calling you to claim leadership of your life. Now is the time to step out of the shadows and become a beacon for others. Don’t allow anyone or anything to dim your light.
You may be asked to take on a position of authority. Even if you have been in the background in the past, this is your time to step up and shine.
Remember that a leader isn’t necessarily defined by age, status, or income. A true leader is someone who is commanding, passionate, and motivating. They have a vision and are able to make decisions with clarity and strength.
The greatest leaders are those who know how to serve and act as stepping stones for others to reach their dreams. You empower others simply by being who you are…and who you are is enough. Are you willing to step into the light and be a leader for others?
You inspire others to greater heights. Step into leadership in your life. You are a beacon for others. Shine in your own life. Be gentle with yourself and others; however, do not play small.
Take action. This is your time. Step up.
Woosah (yes, I say that a lot as that’s the energy that floods in). Happy Monday, have a glorious week and remember to evaluate your boundaries, be clear and spend some time with this glorious Full Moon. And if you celebrate Easter. Have a hippity, hoppity time. I am going to kayak, and play in my garden – so see you in two weeks. Massive hugs.
